Provide transitional & permanent housing for individuals with mental illness. AMIH works in partnership with the Placer County Adult System of Care, which screens and qualifies clients for the housing program.

Qualified clients are 18 years old or older and must be willing to abide by the AMIH house/program rules.  Depending on the program they are taking part in, clients are subleased rooms.

Housing consists of shelter, food, transportation, utilities and support services.  Each client pays a program fee to cover the cost of their housing.

AMIH operates homes in Auburn, Rocklin and Roseville as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is one of the top organizations providing these services in Placer County.
